The owner stated PC was actually tuned at it's best with each system, this because he owned both(lucky guy$$$) and wanted to compare performance.

Maybe.

But the OP was considering BT vs Arrow full system......  the charts posted by inglese show -6hp and -4 lbs torque when comparing BTs to a similar "full system" exhaust. 

Just the kinda info which might help in making such a decision
