I came off of my 1976 Honda CB250G5, and I can't figger out what the hell it is. Any of you vintage bike guys wanna lend a new pup a hand?

Hmm... I seem to think that maybe my buddies old CB550 had a buzzer, or speaker of some sort that made a noise when the turn signals were engaged.

I offer absolutely no guarantee that I know what the hell I'm talking about. My brain could have just invented that memory... Roll Eyes

I think ZARN02 is right, and if my aging feeble memory serves me right, its the thing that goes BEEP  BEEP  BEEP  BEEP when the turn signals flash, it was a forerunner to self cancelling turn signals.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I'm not sure it'd be possible to hit 88mph on this little thing, but I'll let you know what happens when I do.

And congrats on breaking the thou, Elyse!  applause
