--snip-- Also I need recommendations for clutch components, i.e. baskets/plate combo, etc, etc....I know that I am going to run a speedymoto Kukri pressure plate but after that I have no idea.

Again any idears about the guts are greatly appreciated.
If you are about to purchase a clutch pressure plate and looking at getting a new basket & clutch pack ("plates"), hold your horses - time to do some arithmetic. I hope you remember your ciphering.
Pressure Plate - Kukri Pro - MSRP $230
Clutch Basket - Nichols - MSRP $300, Barnett - MSRP $250
Quality Clutch Plates (Barnett:Mixed Reviews:$225, Surflex: $280)
If you got a PP at 199 (check to see if it includes new throwout bearing, if not you'll need to get one of those too, about $12-15 at the most, iirc), find a basket for $170, and got plates for $189 (you'd have to shop at multiple places, so shipping would be higher), you'd be out $560 plus shipping. You'd still need to buy spring keepers/ stainless springs & bolts, so that's another $30-50, we can estimate an "all-in" price of around $650.
For $650, the net result would be Billet Basket (12-tooth)/Pressure Plate/Spring Keepers, barnett clutch friction pack, stainless springs and spring-keeper bolts. Original functionality, OEM pushrod pin, retaining heavy OEM clutch hub with (dumb, imo) rubber cush drive setup. Posts are cast aluminum, just like the clutch hub. If hub is notched, you retain all the notches on it since its not being replaced. You can upgrade the hub itself with a billet unit (MW sells an NGR hub that is billet and uses replaceable stainless steel hub posts, while still being lighter than the OEM setup) and be notch-free & lighter weight, but that's another $250. You'd be at $900. You could replace the pushrod pin with the TPO titanium one for another $25. so around $925 if you did find good prices and reasonable shipping to refurb the entire clutch with a nice, lightweight setup. But its still a conventional clutch, in functionality.
Compare:MW Slipper Clutch Complete: $899 (billet 12T basket,
surflexplates, billet pressure plate, lightweight billet hub, stainless springs,
titanium spring keeper bolts,
titanium pushrod pin, billet spring keepers... and slipper functionality).
Same (or less) money as the "works" above, but you get slipper functionality and (slightly) lower weight. Emphasis on slipper functionality.
An alternative would be the Ducabike Clutch (4 or 6 spring design), which is right around $800, but does not include plates. Does include multiple sets of springs to let you adjust the slippage & such.
The bees-knees is the 48T EVR slipper clutches. Price is higher than a cats back at around $1575.00
