quick update. I'm now back at work and doing PT 3 times a week.


I told them I want to be running by March. They are not as optimistic as i am.  laughingdp

it will just be another month or 2 before i buy the bike.

they had me swimming today. I'm not a great swimmer, plus it's kind of scary to be in the current and boxed into somewherethat you keep hitting stuff as you swim.

Just saw the Dr.
My pelvis has closed back down to where it should be and i'm allowed to put weight on my wrist.

I'm rather happy about these developments. Mark it dude, I'm going to be running again within a month.

i run to play soccer.
the truth is i hate running. i have to be doing something with my running, like playing a sport.
might try trail running again and see if that will be better because i'm more motivated to get back in shape.
