Is the frame and bodywork the same on the 1100 evo as the '09 1100. In other words will my tank skins and seat cowl be transferrable?

I heard the seat is upgraded. Is it the same as the Ducati Performance comfort seat that they sold as an upgrade to the '09 and '10 models?

Thanks,
Paul

One would think so but to be more certain, why not check the parts numbers on both bikes here. http://store.proitalia.com/ducati_oem_parts.php

The seat is a new seat but not the comfort seat I believe.

You are correct.  The seat on the Evo is a huge improvement from the original from my 696 but not as comfy as the Ducati Performance replacement seat I had on that same 696.

I don't know about the body work.

good morning  waytogo

tank skins and seat cowl are transferrable ... also all type of M696-796-1100-1100Evo seats

so if you own a M1100 you can use this parts also on the Evo Grin

Calling the seat of a 2012 Monster 1100 EVO "comfortable" is  a very long stretch  Grin
