Draining gas from '11 M696

I have a 2011 M696 Dark Stealth and I want to drain the gas before I store it for a couple of months. Do I have to remove the gas tank to drain it or is there a drain plug that is easy to get to without removing the tank?

No drain, but you can use one of these or similar:

Sweet. That seems much easier. I have never seen these...use to the old style with the hard plastic tube that would never bend to make it to the bottom of the tank without kinking. Thanks!

wouldnt it be better, and easier to just add stabil to the fuel, run for 15 mins and top off the tank?  That hasnt failed me in 15 years?
