What exactly are you trying to do?

This one is for the 2006 S2R 1000, AFAIK the only difference between the two were their rear ends and exhaust....?

Um, I thought the 2006 was the S2R motor, not the dual spark.  No?

There are 2 S2R models.

the S2R 800 and 1000. the 1000 is the DS motor.

Spark plug
Clean the area around the spark plug bores with a compressed air jet before extracting the spark plugs themselves.
Remove spark plug connectors (1) from the spark plugs in both heads and remove the four spark plugs, making sure that no foreign bodies enter the combustion chamber.

I'll look when I get home, DDGM.  I've got several in .pdf format but I don't think I have the manual specific to this bike. I'm sure I have one for an '06 Paul Smart that uses the DS motor. 

PM if you like.  What are you trying to do?  Duc.nu doesn't have the manual you seek, nor do any of the other "usual suspects" I generally use for manual downloads.  Engine?  Electronic?  Dole out some clueage!
