Hi,

Happy holidays everyone. I need new tires can you make some recommendations? I ride m750, weight about 170lbs, 5'7", and about 80% city street.

Front: I know I need 120/70/17 so no question there.
Rear: I'm debating between 160/60/17 or 170/60/17 or I'm completely wrong here please tell me.

I have read some other discussions and I'm leaning toward Michelin Pilot Road set.
Any comments or recommendations would be great.

Thanks, and again happy holidays.

Sean.

Your 750 came out of the factory with a 120/60 R 16 up front.  A 120/70 will work.  It is taller though, so suspension should be adjusted to suit.  Rear was a 160/60 and is best for your 4.5" wheel.  The Pilot Road is an excellent choice.

Just double check,
Front is 120/70/16 (not 120/70/17?)
Rear is best with 160/60/16 or 17?

Howie got one too many 6's in there.

Your front was originally a 120/60-17.
120/70-17 is better on the front.
Rear, 160/60-17.

I have a set of Pilot Road 3's on mine. Love 'em. They seem to be holding up well, (only 1k on them) and they have more grip than I have nerve. Highly recommend them. Work great in the rain too.
