So how 'bout it? Anyone up for a Maintenance Day? I need to replace the front brake pads.  Tongue

I'd be willing to host the event at my place. Don't have many tools but I think enough of them to make this work.  Cool

Just leave the keys and make sure to stock the fridge. We'll make ourselves at home.  Evil

I can't make it before Thursday but if people want to do that, its fine by me.

Just c'mon down WWF, we're only down the street from SA.

oops, I already did the valve adjustment on the monster (although there's one valve that could use a .001" adjustment on the opener that I didn't have the shim for, so I could go buy that and do it) this saturday and the 748's in pieces right now getting one as well.  I haven't decided if I'm going to continue the 4v valve adjustment little by little throughout the week or just finish it this saturday, but I'm more than happy to have a maintenance day at my place too, byob please, unless you're good with johnny black  chug

I've been meaning to tackle the fuel filter replacement on the 748 for a while now, so maybe we can go through that this weekend too.  I can probably leave my throttle body sync to the weekend too if that suits..

I've been really wanting to get one of those gunson gas testers from desmotimes too so I can start tweaking my CO levels properly, but we'll see...

I am so so down for a maintenance day for w/e. I may not have a place to live, but that doesn't mean I can neglect my baby!

I know the oil topic is somewhat subjective, but I followed the recommendation from other people on the boards and recently switched to Shell Rotella Synthetic oil (at Walmart for $16/gallon).  This is a great deal compare to other oils.  My bike seems to be running better  and without clutch slippage.
