I got started on it too but apparently my boss thinks I should be working for him.
However, for some reason, swapping colors to hot pink is a lot easier than black. Uglyducky, lemme know if you want pink.

The clamps that go around the fork legs are LSL, can be bought through Spiegler.
The brackets that go from the clamps to the headlight, I fabricated.
