This is a sunny top floor exterior unit. Both bed rooms have windows in two walls. And as a top floor unit it has a large finished loft space and walk-in access to 400+ sq feet of finished attic storage.

It's a great space in great shape. The bath will be brand new, by yours truly, as well as a lot of other recent updates including nice stainless appliances, high efficiency windows, paint and electric updates. Hardwoods in living and dining area, carpet in bed and loft.

It's in a great spot - it's just a few minutes commute to the Pentagon via the 7 bus lines or 1 light to 395. It's and easy walk to Shirlington Villiage. Easy access to everything, but not in the middle of the chaos.

All Fairlington association privileges convey - including:
Trash pickup 6 days a week
Water and sewage - the only utility individuals pay is electric
Parking in all Fairlington lots
Access to all the Fairlington pools - 6 I believe
Access to all the Fairlington tennis courts

Pet decision is still being finalized, but is looking like 1 dog up to 50 (or so) lbs or two cats. Pet owners will be asked to pay an additional, one time, cleaning fee to cover professional cleaning of the carpeting.

Price is still tbd, but will be around the 2K mark.

so, no garage and no assigned parking...and are their lots monitored by towing companies snatch and grab techniques requiring a sticker on the vehicle to prevent such events?

and the 1 time pet cleaning fee you might as well call a seperate "non refundable pet deposit"

Yeah - all that's covered in the fairlington info. Just a debate as to how much info to put. People only read just so much
- But yeah you get a sticker/placard and the lots are patrolled by a tow-co. No garage, no specifically assigned spots.

For anyone who ever went 9going back a few years now), this is *right* around the corner from Eric and Heathers old place.
