inner west, locally roasted beans, 14 gram double for now, 30 seconds perfect extraction, Spouted! less than five day old beans! B.N.S conical grinder.
LA WEGA MACHINA 3 group imported from Susanna, treviso!!! i think

Firstly welcome Peter!

There are a few of us here with the obsession, including bigiain and I! You'll fit in nicely (and just ignore the jibes of our fine southern friends!) We're both inner west dwellers, marrickvile and surrounds.

Beans from Hazel @ Alchemy? I like her work  waytogo big have you been to visit her yet?
What's a 14g basket?  Tongue do they make such things?

Hey Peter,

Really glad you made it on here, I had been hoping you might pop in.
Hope you are going well on the bike, sounds like you are.
With the warmer weather coming on there are rides all the time and your welcome to come along.

cheers

Thanks all for the warm welcome!
I figured i'd call myself "ristretto" due to me riding a half monster,
i guess i might have to change my username to espresso once i can ride a full monster.
Enough about coffee...

Looking forward to some upcoming rides!

hello all,
been directed to you guys from the main forum. guess they want to keep all the australians away from the rest of the world.

Just did the poll re what state you come from, looks like there's a bunch of nufties out there in those OTHER states that dont ride monsters. Heathens.

a bit about myself, I am a professional smart arse. yes i am a member of the constabulary. not the ticketing type though.

i ride a red 93 M900. oldy but a goody. tail chop, no mirrors, after market indicators, cored exhaust, blah blah blah. cant afford real modifications. I had to sell couple of mountain bikes to pay for the duke. will be selling first born to pay for further mods.

live in the blue mountains, you may have heard the bike blasting down the Great western hwy some days. once i sort out thepicture posting method i will send some pics. i will attach some kind of qwerky but cool pic to my profile to

in all seriousness. good to be here, will be in touch.

Welcome Duk, heaps of the constabulary are around here!

I'm so looking forward to seeing the original...love that Ducati font on the side of the tank....best one in my opinion! You need to get the picture and put it on an external site (flickr or photobucket etc) then link to it.

By 'BLASTING' down the highway you of course mean travelling AT the speed limit  Wink

now, let's talk about those mods (just PM your credit card details and we'll be started)

Welcome duk93 ... you funny looking dude.

With a first post like yours it is no wonder they sent you over here ... typical, self-depricating Aussie intro.

G'day all

Self confessed Ducati nut here.

Taken both wives to Borgo Panagale on their respective honeymoons.  (Settle down it's all legal, one is now an ex) Smiley

Been playing with dirt bikes for the past few years since selling the ST2 but saw the light and picked up my 01 M900Sie earlier this year.  She has Ti Termis, normal S CF bits plus a hugger, bar ends, and a DP clutch cover and pretty pressure plate.  Oh and the wife thinks Monsters are a hot bike which is win win all round.

Anyway just thought I'd say ello.

Cheers

Andy
