boo I've just spent a fruitless few hours trawling the net looking to see if anybody makes a rack for my bike, that will fit without me having to remove the DP pannier rails. No joy. Will the rack for the Hypermotard fit? I am not looking for anything spectacular, just big enough to take a small tent.

Thank you, but I need the hardware, the actual metal rack, not a bag to put stuff in. The rack in that video is made by SW Motech, and they don't make one for the Evo. I may have to fab one up myself.

Try these on the Pashnit site.........
http://www.pashnit.com/product/ventura/rack_pack.html#top

click on the "parts numbers" and there's a PDF that shows the EVOs.
I've seen these before and they're pretty nice.

boo I have looked at Ventura kit. It looks as though the DP pannier rails, which are already fitted to my bike, would have to be removed in order to fit the rails onto which the Ventura rack fits. I think I might pop over to my dealer and ask them to take the seat off a Hypermotard so I can look at the layout of the subframe, and compare it to the Monster. Ducati do make a rack for the Hyper, and I might be able to modify it so it fits my bike. We shall see!
