s2r fueling question

So, I have a new to me s2r1000 and I want to learn everything about it and take everything apart[cheeky] I feel it's running a little rich. On my 620 I opened the airbox, cored the pipes then got a PCIII and had it dyno tuned.

On the S2R it has a small hole knocked out of the airbox cover, termignoni pipes, and mid pipe that where installed by a dealer. At first I just though they must have adjusted the trim on the ecu if it was rich. But then thinking more about it I don't have a O2 sensor in the mid pipe.

Does anyone have any guesses what they might have done and the best way to tune it better. I know my 620 was like a different bike after the map was tune correctly.

Guesses don't work.  Does the bike have a Ducati Performance or reflashed ECU?  If so, was TPS and CO trim set?  If not, what did they do to eliminate the 0₂?
