Hi guy's I'm looking to replace rear sprocket & chain and was looking for opinions on some of the different sprockets made for the 696 I found Supersprox, Driven, AFAM & Vortex all make them for the 696. I'm not sure if any one else is making sprockets for the 696. Any info. will be appreciated.
 Thanks

SuperSprox are nice, light with the aluminum center and durable with the steel chainring.

Driven steel sprockets are a good choice for lower cost.

Thanks, I kinda like the look of the Supersprox , I'm going gold DID chain so the SS would look good. I've used Vortex & AFAM in the past both real good quality but not much to look at.

Just got a SuperSprox rear for my M900...
They are really cool looking waytogo
and not much more $ than all steel

Nice, was there a noticeable weight difference from the steel to the SuperSprox ? (I always like to shave weight where I can) FYI for anybody looking, Vortex is now making rear sprockets for the 696 but you have to call them as there not on there web site yet. I'm prob. going to go SuperSprox as I like the gold color. Votex is great quality and tough for alum I used them on 2 race bikes and they hold real well but there only making them in red, black & blue.

These are very light:

AFAM 520 Sprocket: "OEM" DSSA

AFAM has a version in steel as well that is lighter than the Supersprox in steel/alum

Well I went with Supersprox mainly for it's looks, and for what it's worth the the SS is almost 1/2 pound lighter then the stock one.  DID gold chain with black & gold sprocket look great.
