What to look for in ST4S with 41k miles?

There's a guy locally selling an '02 ST4S in Senna with 41k miles.  The price seems right and it comes with DP cans/ECU.  Bike looks to be in great condition based on the pics.  I'm aware that some of those bikes had the flaking rocker issue.  Is there anything else I should be mindful of on a bike like this?

What to look for in an ST4 with 41,000 miles?   A different bike.   Too many miles.

For the right price, I'd buy it, but that's only because I can do my own work and have had to swap out rockers a few times in the past. Mile per mile, my 748 probably has more wear and abuse at 25k miles than that ST4s with 41k.
