I was looking for lemon juice to put in my tartar sauce... and I was out of lemons... and funny enough... there were two of those little yellow plastic things in the fridge that look like lemons... of course the both said "Use by May 2004" and it made me think.... did it really go bad... and if so... why is it still in the frigde??? Anyhow... just my ramblings... I know I bought em... and never opened em once... cause Julie uses fresh lemon juice... but still... do things really sit in a fridge unopened... forever.... and does sealed lemon juice die?

... and to the other topic... seriously Dan... you think you are fine two up on another bike... till you have done it on a Multi or another touring bike intended for that purpose... then you really can't go back... its never the same.

True enough but a seat is cheaper than a new bike.  There was a 620 multi on CL the other day.

Ryan, lemon juice is so acidic it stays good long after the date.  Maybe not that long but long.  The flavore tends to degrade but the bottled stuff doesn't have much to begin with.  Lime juice is even more acidic.  Ate some small depressions into a professors marble countertops near his juicer since he usually only wiped down the counter and didn't do a full cleaning every time.

Just upgraded my ears again. The earrings I got are supposedly a 2 gauge but I have a strong suspicion they are 0's.

Speaking of riding 2-up on a proper bike like a Multi... anyone going to the Ducati Northwest gig at PIR on Sunday?  I guess it coincides with a PSSR/Ducati track day, but sounds like they're doing street demo rides on the new Multi and the latest Hypermotard.  MotoCorsa will also have first-come-first-serve Multi demo rides on Saturday, but I'm volunteering at a gig in downtown Saturday morning, so no guarantees I'll be able to get on the list for a demo ride.

I really, really, really need to get my Ducati fix this weekend.

Attention all owners of late model GM pickups and SUVs:

One of your front park lights is out. Yeah, the little whitish-yellow one. Please fix the problem. It's irritating and looks sloppy and every one of you is guilty.

That is all.

Usually when I stretch 'em it's not an issue if I only go one size bigger. They usually go right in with minimal effort. This time though it hurts. I only have the earrings in halfway.

Blergh.  Tongue  I'm bored.  Not that there's nothing to do... just that it's boring work.  I really want to be outside on flight test.  Or motorcycling.  Or at home, with the garage door open, working on one of my cars.

What kind of cool job can I do that lets me get out in the sun on beautiful days like today?  Or even just open the bay door to a shop to let the sunlight and fresh air in.  Preferably working with cars, motorcycles, and/or airplanes.

Weird occurance of the day.... jogging on my lunch hour... and jog through the neighborhood park... in the field is about a dozen five year olds... dressed in midevil clothes... a small boy dressed up in a dragon suit was wrestling another small boy dressed as a knight, with a sword and a shield... behind them stood a girl dressed as a princess... the rest of the group was sitting in the grass watching... I wish I jogged with a video camera....

Dude... it was one of those situations... where you look around and start asking people... "Are you seeing this too???"

After that and the three care pileup you need to get a helmet cam just to wear while jogging.

Farking eh man... down in T8 today... turn 8 was mopping everybody up... ten bikes down in 8 today... so many that the announcer came on and asked people to stop wrecking in 8 and to pick a different corner... oh... and of the 8 bikes that started my race... only 3 finished... talk about a guaranteed podium.
