I don't care what it is or who made it

you would be spending 7500 on a motorcycle that's brokedead

Sadly, I'm too stupid to let brokedead stop me - I got more than enough proof of that - but $7500 sure would  . . .

Nope, don't have the special 'wrench' so it's going to have to wait... How goes it for everyone?

It's true.  I got a used (821 miles) 2011 Multi 1200 ST.   Dolph

It is awesome.  I hate to give up the Monster, but after having 5 cars at once, I've learned my lesson on "collecting."

See Santa Barbara Thread, going last weekend of October.

I got a real bad cramp when riding the Monster up to PDX, so that won't happen again.  I never fit well on that and the Multi is great for my size.  I don't know how an "Italian sized" person can put their feet down at a stop, it's like driving an SUV, really up there.  At least I won't drag my toes in the corners anymore.

I have a friend down here with a KTM 900, so he's going to teach me how to ride on logging roads, which there are a million of around here.

Looking forward to long trips and 2 up riding.  Kiss

There's a little talk tonight hosted by OMSI at the Bagdad theater tonight featuring Craig Bramscher, one of the founders of Brammo Motors, and others.  Brammo is the company in Ashland, OR making those nice little electric motorcycles.

It looks like it will be more about ideas and innovation than motorcycles but may still be worth a look.  Doors at 5, event at 7.
