Ouch! Did you catch a patch of ice? Lilly ok?
And for the rest of you, weather permitting, should we try another New Year's day ride? It was fun but short last year.

Hit something in the dark while riding my bicycle home.
Lili is torn apart but for a whole other reason.
The shoulder doesn't hurt so much as it did. Now that the pain has receded a bit I realize how much my chest and knee hurt. I hit the ground really hard.
The bicycle went off into the grass and has some minor scuffs - didn't even go through the clear coat.
I hit the pavement. My head hit the curb - always wear your helmet kids!!!
Doc said no bikes of either type for 3 months. We'll see. I'm going crazy relying on others to get me about. Once the sling comes off - hopefully Tuesday - I can manage riding one or the other ...

Chuck, give it at least a week. Hitting your head does funny things to your balance. Ask me how I know
Oh, and the older you get the longer it hurts when you pack it in.

Another knee surgery for me. Crutches for 6 weeks. Microfracture knee surgery sucks. Crutches suck. Stairs in your house with crutches suck.

That's what you get when you dress up as Brandon Roy for H-Ween.

Ryan, is that all fallout from racing season crashes? Or were you out riding bikes with Chuck?

Bad knees from family genes and too much running on paved streets. Racing wrecks didn't hurt the knees much.
