One of the other drivers was telling me today about how he was yelled at by a customer. The shipment from Omaha Steaks was late, it was supposed to be delivered last thursday, but due to the bad weather it wasn't delivered until today. The guy was mad because of missed steaks.

What was the cause?

Anyone have a use for a robust sandwich variance estimator? Huh?

I think Dark Monster (Carlos) might have a use for one.
