Can anyone recommend a windbreaker to go over my perforated leather jacket?

What I'm looking for;
-total wind stop
-can be stored in a tankbag for when temps drop unexpectedly.
-doesn't billow up or flap in the wind
-doesn't make me look like a dork

nothing totally stops wind except for a layer of PVC, aka rain jacket.

they are cheap and i always have one whenever i go on trips. i buy them 2 sizes larger. just in case it rains or it gets really cold i throw it on. works great and i dont care if i have to throw it in the recycling bin, or it gets stolen out of my bag for some unknown reason.

Doesn't 100% match to your requs as it's under - but my windproof fleece (Mountain hardware) does a nice job under my perf. It's less bulky and mroe effective than the stock liner. One important thing in the cold is that it zips up to chin height adding insulation and wind protection to the neck. In cold/windy conditions its important to keep the neck protected/warm. If you don't you're sending chilled blood to your noodle.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Windproof fleece? Didn't know there was such a thing.

Frogg Toggs. Also allows your perf'd or leaky jacket to act as insulation on colder rides.
Never (OK rarely) leave home without em.

Indeed there is and it's f'ing great. Mountain Hardware Tech line of fleece has a breathable windproof membrane in it. As said I'll wear mine under my jacket - either the vest or full (fleece) jacket depending on conditions. Much less bulk than the quilted liner and the zipper of the jacket is now blocked from leaking cool/cold air right onto my chest. And as noted the collar zips up to the chin thus covering a good bit of bare skin

 Dainese windstop liner does everything you ask but will cost you $150

Completely blocks the wind, feels like thin wetsuit material with fleece on the inside, fits tight to fit under jackets, but can be worn like a fleece jacket ( pockets on the out side).

Thanks, guys. Nothing ruins my day more than being cold. I'm not in to "braving and the elements".

FWIW.........
I couldn't find an over-jacket that was too bulky or wouldn't flap around so I sat down and really compared the Dainese, Mtn. Hardware and UnderArmour windproof "under-jackets".

I ordered the Dainese because;
-reviewers say it packs small
-the neck appears snug (not bulky)  and not too tall (when it's cold,I always wear a windproof balaclava anyhow)
-looks good (didn't care for the multi-colored panels on the Mtn. Hdw.)
-cheaper
-every Duc rider should have something that says Dainese on it!  ;)

Thanks, again.
