Steve Chew has sadly passed away this morning at 3.45am . 27/03/2012. He has lost his battle and is no longer suffering in pain. We have all lost a wonderful friend. Sammy thanks you all for your thoughts and kindness.

We will let you know when funeral details are available.

Rest in peace Steve ❤

Service details for our Steve Chew "Chewie" Monday 2nd April at 2.30pm Rookwood Cemetary South Chapel, muster at Frasers Concord by 11am have a coffee and catch up with mates before setting off for the service. Leave Frasers at 1.15pm. We all look forward to seeing everyone there. Then celebrate Chewie afterwards at a location yet to be decided.

i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

Yeah just heard that late last week but at that point he was still on life support.
Sad news, he was a very friendly fella.

RIP Chewy.

Struth!!

I remember Chewie from my days at DOCNSW, very enthusiastic, always friendly. The last time we spoke he was trying to convince me to rejoin. But I did not know he was crook, was it the big C that got him?

Christ! Its always the good guys that cop it, make the beast with two backs!!

        RIP Chewie.

He was a lovely bloke.
I met him on a number of Turismos and NDRs.
Heard the news via Froshy today.
Very sad indeed.
RIP Chewie.

Thems the bastards that done it.

Not so sure about this rest in peace stuff ... in Ducati Heaven you can revel in the sweet mechanical music without earplugs. Ride on Chewie!
