Even though it's breakfast time, Silverstone has made me hungry for silverside! Lol!

Hope the Ducatis do well.

So do I, Iannone will race with the new engine and "feels tranquility for tomorrow".

Boags Premium  x  4  =  I am feeling the tranquility.

But Ion, maybe not so much, Free Practise 3 only 10th place. Dovi 3rd.

Let's hope they get on top of it soon.

Yes that was an exciting race, is it wrong to wish for every race to be a wet race for the rest of the season ?

if the results are the same...NO... Vale is the MAN... waytogo

I know that a lot of you guys and gals from down under will be Stoner fans but wouldn't it be great if Rossi won the world championship for a tenth time... bow down Oh well there go's the lid off the can of worms... Wink Wink

watched the race unfold minute by minute on my i-pad as being a tight barstool I won't pay for extra channels... bang head

I wouldn't mind if the old fella won another world championship he deserves it after that ride !       I wouldn't pay for extra channels either, but we still get it on free to air, sorely miss watching WSB though.

I'm cheering for Lorenzo.

It will be a great run to the end of the championship though, whoever wins.

Can opened.

I'm not really into racing but I'll admit to being more of a Stoner fan ... and never really liking Rossi ... it's a personality thing - although he does seem to be less of a dick nowadays.

I actually think it would be terrible for the sport if the old man won. Every race has massive 'Rossi Only' sections in the crowd. 'Fans' that would probably walk away with the GOAT (self-proclaimed or not) when he leaves. Another title would only further convince people they will never see any better so what's the point.

No doubt the bloke can ride ... but that doesn't make him unique. His longevity is a point of difference ... but relatively speaking he has had a pretty easy ride.

Agreed on the easy ride/run.

He had the might of Michelin making custom tyres for specific tracks and having them flown in overnight. Gave him a heck of an edge over the competition.
