Except pistons, cams, decking the heads to boost compression, adding nitrous system, etc.

How about this give me 20,000, I kick you in the balls and you leave it stock. Probably the same feeling if you do all the work and broken motors.

I'm going to leave the motor alone.  I will get an exhaust -- possibly the termi system that unlocks shit in the ECU.  I may run race gas if I can figure out how to map it....  That's it for motor.

Make sure you save down the cases right around the crank to save weight.   waytogo  If you can get 'em down to 2-3mm thickness, you're golden.  When you're done, you should be able to fold 'em like tin foil.  Then you know you've got a winning bike.
