If you travel on Skyline Drive, adhere strictly to the speed limit. Cops are VERY serious in that area about it. Deer are conditioned to motor vehicles and have been known to walk right out in front of cars and act like you have a problem. Also, bring a camera (in a dry pack) with lots of memory cards and spare batteries, and some toll money.

+1 It's parks land and there's usually a decent number of rangers along the way who can and will ticket you. So if you're looking for a scenic, leisurely route it's great.

If you're looking for a curvy road to have a sporting ride - that ain't it.

Thanks for all the advices, I am just looking for more of leisure route, not trying to speed or anything.

For good roads guess I have to head out to w.va or TOTD , don;t have that much time right now, also want to do the cornering class before I head that way. last one got cancelled due to rain.

Taking my bike to vondari tomorrow , time to tune up the front and rear suspension.

I am going in the evening, he already serviced my forks like 2 months ago, he told me to come back and he is going to tune some.

And a little more tuning after ride tomorrow, and one more tuning I think after 6 months?

Feels like physical therapy , but just for your bike. Cheesy

It's a process especially on the street. It's easier to do at the track - same/similar conditions, same loop etc so you can compare things more directly, look at time etc.
