Bike won't start - 2amber blinks

That it's been locked up for awhile is a little uncommon.  The immobilizer usually doesn't lock for long.  When mine started to go I found a couple things that affected it.  For example if I was in a gas station with a bunch of overhead fluorescent bulbs it was more likely to lock me out.  When it did lock out if I took all chipped keys 15' away for awhile it would *usually* start again.  I hade the code card and became proficient at unlocking it but over time even that worked less and less.

There are many components in the system including the key, antenna, gauges, ECU and all of the wiring in between.  So far disabling the immo has been the best mod I've done to my monster.  I use a xena disc lock on the rear when I feel the need for security.

It happens to me once in a blue moon.  Totally random, or at least I've not been able to find a common culprit.  It actually happened last night for the first time in months when the new lady friend hopped on the back.  Maybe ol' Daisy is trying to tell me something

She starts then she won't.  Headlight still taken off and disconnected.

I guess reflash is the way to go then.  I got up figure out what exactly i need to take off to get reflashed.  What exactly?More research I guess.
