So about 6 months ago, I switched to a PC for the first time in years. It's been fine (not great, but I'm stuck with it for a while), but I need a good video editor!

Windows movie maker thingy isn't powerful enough...specifically with it's audio abilities. So I'm looking for something better. I used to use final cut on my mac, but I'm not sure I need something quite that outrageous (I'm assuming adobe premier is the PC equivalent?).

I've been using Audacity for audio stuff, and it's great. Is there an open source solution for video that is as good as Audacity is for audio?

...btw: I just picked up a GoPro Hero 2. Pretty freakin awesome!!! Once I get a good editor, I'll post some videos of me crashing my MTB  waytogo
