7 years in business & my 8th custom Monster got it's first ride today.  Pics & more details forthcoming, but here's the drool list:

'07 Monster S2R1100 (not a typo)
High compression pistons
Race cams
Nichols AL flywheel
HM1100 DP 2-into-1 exhaust
Custom AL subframe
Ohlins rear shock
Ohlins FG front forks (999R WSBK forks)
Brembo MonoBloc calipers
Brembo billet radial m/cyl's
Converted back to a steel tank
MotoGadget gauge
Marchesini Forged AL wheels shod w/Pilot Pures

And, of course, all the aesthetic and artful touches that make it a Flight Cycle...

I will be parading it around ABQ for a bit before it goes home to it's owner...

Busy today @ work, but I'll see what I can do.

There *will* be a full write-up in the General forum shortly though...

it's so CLEAN.  I like the 2:1 setup.. the original S2R setup blocked too much of the tire.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Awesome work Stu!
Love the oil cooler mount, did you move the temp sensor to the V head?
Slipper clutch?
What do you use to plug the oil sensor hole?

Cylinder head temp on vertical intake now.

Oil pressure sensor completely hidden.    Grin

Standard clutch.

I used an exhaust system plug (M10x1.0) and a brass crush washer to plug the oil pressure hole.

Tell me more!

Standard clutch.
I was under the impression that that STM clutch "cover" only fit over slippers since they are narrower

I used an exhaust system plug (M10x1.0) and a brass crush washer to plug the oil pressure hole.
Thanks, need to do this on my project

I spaced out the STM cover to clear the Oberon pressure plate...

Hidden sensors?  You'll have to wait until the write-up.

Thanks for the compliments!!

Ah, sure, some spacers would work.  Can't wait for the other write-up on the sensors.  Knocked it out of the park here again Stu, rivals the dirt track special from a while back or the SS2R from years ago.
