How do these mount?  Inside the bar? ?

looks like they are bar end mirrors, "handlebar clamp mirror" so they clamp to the end of the bar.

Rizoma prototype naked.  Pj'sparts carries them.

Beautiful ride! That looks terrific.

I still have stockers, but I kinda like these. I think the turn signals add a bit of safety.

I went with the Rizoma "Impulsives".  They have a real retro look to them that compliments the monster very well in my opinion; plus they have carbon fiber inserts.  They work decent after you get used to them.  Make sure to get the black/black ones though (they look much nicer).  I always get compliments on them.

Ditto on the rec for Rizomas.  I've got the Limit Naked mirrors on my pearl-and-red S4Rs and they look wonderful (I'll drum up a pic soon).  They took me a bit to get sighted just right (since they're shorter than the stock mirrors and sit lower down) but once I got them tuned in, I just ratcheted them down and they totally stay put.  I also highly recommend dealing with PJ's Parts.  They're awesome.  Cheers.

Got mine from PJ's as well.

+1 mine took 15-20 rides to get just right cuz you can't really tell if your adjustment is spot on until you take it out for a nice ride.  I highly suggest taking the hex wrenches in your pocket while you ride and pull over every 5 minutes (in a safe place), turn your bike off,  and make needed adjustments.  That way you can get them right in one ride or else it will take forever to  get them just right.  Enjoy your new mirrors whatever you end up getting.  Oh and my right mirror decided to come loose from freeway wind pressure.  Take that into consideration when tightening basely would ruin your ride.

I coughed up the cash for a set of Rizoma's and wouldn't go without them.  The are just big enough to be functional, but not obnoxious.

This must have been designed by some immigrant to Italy. They told him - design big mirror with small stalk. Unfortunately he did not speak Italian very well. [evil]

Here is a pic of my Rizoma bar end mirrors....they are on Pjsparts.  They were 119.00 and have a lightish blue tint like the BMW's have.  excellent visibility and have never been in my way.  Only downside is that my straps that go over the bars to transport does not work and I have to strp down by the fork tubes. :(
