it would need much more than a lick of red paint to convince me...don't like it at all, don't even want to test ride it.....but that's just me.......

Yeah I'd go down there for test ride. 18th July a Friday, you sure it's not the 19th Saturday?

Dock...do you think it's smaller than an 620/695?

looked (and felt when I sat on it) tiny.

I am six, six of course!

It's much smaller feeling than 620.
Narrower in the tank/seat with a lower seat height.

+1. And the reach to the bars is waaaaaay shorter.

I'll double check the date Matt.

I'm 6'3 with helmet hair and it felt smallish to me as well. I think new bars would help the 696 out a lot. Sorta hard to tell if it's too small or not just by sitting on it, need to take one for a spin. But it looks like there is a queue I'll have to join.

Just did and it is Pope day on the 19th July.
Depends on my Pope job as to me getting down there on the day or not.
Just spoke to Dean Harris sales bloke and have my name down for riding 696/848 sometime soon.

Ah window shopping's fun in the world of Ducati.
