I'm in town until Sunday and will be wandering around some of my old haunts today (probably downtown) and tomorrow (probably NOVA or down on the MD side of the Potomac ). Anyone free for lunch or coffee?  I'm also planning to catch some of the racing at the Clarendon Cup on Saturday.

if you feel like running at all, feel free to join in at Fleet Feet in Gaithersburg at 6:30 tonight...tis where I'll be...be aiming to stay under 9 comfortably for the duration of 5 miles of which there'll probably be some good hills knowing the group leaders before they take off at a low 7 pace...we can do beers and BS'ing afterward.

I leave at the butt crack of dawn on Saturday for my brothers wedding in a whole weekend of god knows what is going to happen in northwestern PA...

be good to BS more with you since dolci and I showed up late to Bethesda carousing last time you were in town...

Afraid I've got a B-day dinner with my godson and family tonight. That and my only footwear here are cowboy boots and Sidi road bicycle shoes. I'm too much of a softie to dive into barefoot running. :-)
