Hey all

All I wanted to do is take a min to point out that Jeff at monsterparts has been amazing. I've basically been waiting for parts for several weeks now. And thru no fault of theirs. Still haven't received yet. Jeff has always been prompt with email replies. Less than 2 hours for most! And coming from a customer service side as well he's been very personable and always responded so great with any of his own personal opinions and advice.

Me being a first time bike and duc owner all I can say is Wut a great experience I've had dealing with Jeff. Despite me not having my parts yet he's gone ahead and upgraded to expedited shipping for me at no cost. Despite it not being their fault! Wut can u say about a company that tries to continually show outstanding customer service and support.

All I can say is I sure hope customs doesn't hold up my parts any longer cuz I'm itching to ride....... And Jeff has a customer for life in me!

I've only read great things about Monsterparts.

And, I've only dealt with them a couple of times, but each time has been a great transaction; fast accurate service.

Best to all the peeps at Monsterparts, and thanks for everything.

I love seeing posts about GREAT customer service.  I work in customer service/training/sales and Jeff and MonsterParts have what we call "Raving Fans" (great little book by the way).

I also had a great experience with MonsterParts-I think my wife is getting sick of me wearing my "Know your Monsters" shirt every chance I get.  Might have to order another to have a spare.

Can't say enough good things about Jeff.
Last item I purchased was late-ish on a Friday afternoon.  I was going back and forth with him by e-mail. I had missed his mailing cut-off, but he said he would swing by the post office on his way home and drop it in the mail - which he did.

Years ago I had ordered parts and kinda forgot about 'em.... When I pulled my head out and remembered about my order, I sent Jeff an email 'cuz it had been a while...


Jeff returned my email stating things had been hectic and an unexpected delay kept the parts from shipping.. I told him "No worries"..

It seemed like the NEXT day I got my parts + a lil extra "thank you" in the box..



Could not find better customer care/service ANYWHERE !

I'm a customer for life and refer peeps to MonsterParts whenever I can waytogo

Just receive my dynojet kit and my clutch plates  drool    got to have my monsterpart "bling bling Fix"

as always....  quick and really god service + I like those "ducati" decal's that came in the box  waytogo Grin

+1 here for me too... I mean for Jeff

Ordered a plate re-locator late one night and got a call by noon the next day from Jeff apologizing that it was out of stock and no longer made. He had a quick less expensive option and it arrived just a few days after that.

I can't count the times I have ordered things from other companies that are out of stock only to find out days later that they aren't available and with no alternative solution.

Will def buy from monster parts again!
