Lets see, a video evidence of speeding and littering with their full names. Police these guys must be short a few brain cells. Might as well put their drivers licenses numbers so they can be mailed the ticket.

A little uptight?  They may have circled back and grabbed their trash on the way back to the truck filming from the roadside.  Not to mention, there is no evidence of them exceeding the speed limit.  I don't think the text dropped on top of the video would hold up in court.  At least they are wearing helmets.  Wink
