leaky bolt

Blackout

I'm having trouble with the little Duc lately. First there was an annoying electrical problem (mostly figured that out).
I also had an oil leak that I traced to a repaired bolt hole that holds the kickstand on. A friend of mine looped this bike about 3 or 4 years ago and broke the kickstand mount right off it. I had it professionally welded and time-certed.
So I drained the oil, sprayed in some degreaser and then blew it all out with compressed air. I mixed a batch of JB weld and applied it to the end of the bolt and re-inserted it. Well, once I got the electrical gremlin sorted I rode the bike around a bit last night and noticed the oil leak came right back.
Took it all back apart, drained out the oil and started to lightly poke around in the hole ;D . Apparently the remaining metal was so thin it punched right through! I am wondering if I can still fix this with a shorter bolt and copious amounts of JB weld.

I wouldn't.  Weld again.
