I change my tires with a car jack, windex, zipties and brute force. No other tools. However after doing four changes I think I'm buying a set of irons.  ;D

Why not just cut the old tires off?
Not going to reuse them are you?
And then use the 6 or 8 bands like the tattooed leg guy video to put the tires on.
I've done 4 or 5 sets of tires like this.
But so you guys don't think I'm a true redneck, I do use a Marc Parnes wheel balancer...

So, you've cut a tire off?

Curious how you did it.

A hacksaw couldn't cut the bead when I tried. Best if cutting IMO is to use bolt cutters. But man, that's gonna be some work.

An abrasive cutoff wheel works as well but its a stinky process...

That's what I used, wedged a piece of wood between the tire and the wheel. Just do it slowly and carefully, you don't want to cut your wheel...
