I flushed mine last fall.  I bought a gallon of 50/50, and I believe I had enough left to do it again.  So yes, about 2 quarts.  Make sure you get 50/50 (or do the mix manually), and also, there are two kinds (they are different colors I think).  Don't mix the two!  I used the orange stuff.

For a S4RS, the total coolant capacity is 2.7 litres.
