Size of K&N filter on crank case kit?

I dont need the entire kit for the crank case breather mod. Anyone know what part #K&N filter it is for the monsters?
Mines a '99.

is it destroyed? or just really really dirty?
if it's just dirty and clogged with oil and stuff... just take it off and soak it in some warm water mixed with dish soap. do it in an old tupperware and shake it vigorously on occasion. it will come out good as new. then just re-oil and reinstall!
