So Randy and I were chatting about a trip to Thunderbolt for a bit of fun on the track. NESBA is having back-to-back days on Sun 9/30 and Mon 10/1. Randy says he's only good for Sunday, but I could be down for both days if others were interested in sticking around.

VIR North with NESBA on Monday 10-15 too...what a great track.

As far as Thunderbolt....so long as weather holds up I'll be there for Sunday.  Drive up Sat afternoon and drive home Sunday evening.  I can take the ghetto trailer and can take another soul if they want to split fuel and tolls.  damn 100.00 in gas and then 60.00 in tolls is a beeeaatch with the gas hog I have Sad.

You need to have a pretty high tongue weight hitch to use one - They weigh about 80 pounds then add the bike about 430 pounds. So near to, or in excess of 500 pound tongue weight. My hitch is only rated for 350 pounds.

I'm not familiar with the trailer... the new LX should be able to handle a load... not sure about the 500 untill i pick it up.
