Generally speaking when you do something to one fork you do it to both.  They should be identical.  You don't want one brand new fork and one used fork because they will likely give different response.

The dealer replaced the right fork before I buy it.
Idk why they didn't replace both... Since now we know that they were
Both defective... (u can expect everything from ducati triumph nyc) .................

If Rockwell has your bike you are in good hands.  It will be taken care of.

Picked up my lady today from rockwell... She's all fixed.. they replaced the adjuster rebound screw and made sure they topped out the fork oil..
The bike was ready on Wednesday. So it took abt two weeks and a half for dna to approve the warranty claim, part delivery, installation..
What can I say abt rockwell cycles... Very nice people, very friendly, I'm 200% satisfied from them ... The bike sat there for 2.5weeks and it was only a little dusty which is very normal.... Unlike the ducati triumph nyc , like I said before, I dropped the bike to them .. They kept it for a week and called me to tell me that there is no leak from the adjusters... BS!!! When I picked up the bike was very dirty and had grease all over the tank, clutch and brake levers and mirrors... u take a bike for a test ride... Wear freaking gloves or wash ur hands ... This is not ur bike for the f.. Sake... Have some respect... I feel so sorry I bought the bike from them.. They didn't deserve my business... I wonder if there are more ppl who r disappointed from them.
Again , five stars for Rockwell Cycles.. Them and ECS .  waytogo
And I dont care how far r they... 50~ 60 miles... Its worth it.
