Dainese Rossi Replica Jacket - mlshopde - ebay

I ordered the dainese ducati rossi replica jacket on ebay from mlshope. 

Very expensive jacket but imo worth it for the Dainese quality and limited edition aspect of it.   I also could not find a US supplier with a size 46.  It seems none of the Dainese stores stateside received smaller than size 50.

Unfortuantely when I received the jacket there was a slight defect with one of the shoulder slider screws.  The part that holds the screw was stripped and not keeping the slider in place.   

I am in the USA and mlshopde is Germany.  I had fears relsolving the situation might be a challenge for me since I can't speak German.  My fears quickly disappeared after mlshopde answered my phone call.  Luckily they were bilingual and I am very ashamed to not be.

I want to say they exceeded my expectations and were friendly, helpful and very professional to solve the problem and provide me with another jacket.

Product defects can happen but IMO it is how a company handles a situation is paramount.  I will certainly give mlshopde my business again.

FYI, I did have to pay a US customs fee to receive the jacket.  A trade off for not paying sales tax imo.
