Ride, Get together?

Haven't seen anyone post up about a group ride and/or get together. Haven't seen too many people post round here at all, come to think of it.

A ride to the sw for a day wouldn't be bad. just don't rely on my gps skills

2 days?  we could knock a great ride out from milwaukee to the mighty miss and back in 8-10 hours.  last time i did it in 8.  about 5 hours there on all of the twisties and 3 hours directly back.

but, however it is planned i am in!  i have a friend with an fz6 who would probably want to go too.

I'd like to see this as a weekday trip so there's less traffic likely. Might not work for people other than me tho
I work the 15th of July - Aug 2nd so sometime after that would be good.

Weekends usually suck for me, so I need fairly advance notice so work can plan around my absence.

I get done with work Saturday morning, but my brother is coming in Sunday for the night before headin back to SC. So it's sometime in August before I could. If working those 19 12.5 hour days doesn't kill me, I'll be good to go

August 21/22? maybe 23? I should be off. But we all know they are gonna make the beast with two backs our schedule up again soon, it's just a matter of when.
