Numb Feet
«

I mean to the BONE. I can't feel a thing after about 30 minutes...
Anyone have any thoughts or similar symptoms? The only thing I can think of is that i have hard-mount racing pegs on my rearsets. they don't fold like the ones on the stock rearsets...
could that be the issue??

Where's the numbness start? Is there a line of demarkation?
Have you tried different foot gear?
Did it change when the rearsets changes?

Something about the position you are in is probably putting pressure on a nerve.
I have had this on one bike with one foot. That foot naturally turns out (like in ballet), but after we looked closely at me on different bikes we realized that I can turn out my foot on the bikes that feel fine, but the one causing issues was confining my foot and not allowing it to turn.
It's probably a different issue for you, but have someone take a look at you sitting on the bike.

What gear do you normally wear? Are your pants bunching up behind your knee maybe, cutting off blood flow? Maybe it's how the seat hits the back of your thighs doing the same thing?
I don't see how it could be the pegs. Even folding ones don't move from your downward foot pressure.

How tall are you, and are you all leg? While they're not as compact as some sport bikes, Monster's don't exactly have a relaxed position. You can buy seats with a bit more height/padding (Sargeant/Corbin) and I believe you can even get foot pegs that are lower than the stockers. You may be bunching your pants behind your knees and loosing general circulation in your legs/feet.

Sorry for the delayed response... forgot about this thread...
I'm not overly tall, 5'10"ish, and I actually have a 29-inch inseam, so my legs are pretty short.
My Rizoma rearsets are at the highest and furthest-back adjustment points... maybe i need to drop them down a notch or two.
My legs are definitely VERY bent. I wear Sidi Strada Air boots, but they don't seem to be cutting in on me anywhere. i have the same problem if I just wear some sneakers.

Poor circulation. Assume you are not overweight or a tobacco user....both contributing factors.
I'd try the low front rizo hole.
