Folks,
Time has come to part with my 2006 Monster S4R Final Edition (100 imported to North America)  8581 miles, red with black offset stripe.  Bike is meticulously maintained, garaged, covered and left on a battery tender.  Engine is spotless, sounds amazing and runs flawlessly.  Metal tank with hinge repair done already..no expansion problems here.

I have all original manuals, catalogs, red key with dealer tags, both black keys and original Ducati manila envelope from 2006.

I also have all stock parts, nuts, bolts, rubber straps from any modification that was done.

Bike was recently serviced at Duc Pond by Donnie with new belts, openers, closers and valve adjustment 1500 miles ago.  Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires with about 800 miles on them.

-I may miss some mods, but tastefully modified with quality parts.

-Suspension tuned by MSP Cycles in Atlanta, sprung for a 200-210 lb rider
-Ohlins spring on stock rear Showa shock
-FG Gubellini /Ducati steering damper
-Billet preload adjusters
-DP open airbox/K&N filter
-QD midpipe
-Fresco shotgun high mount slip ons
-14T front sprocket
-Power Commander 3 with tune from MSP Cycles
-DP Carbon fiber rear hugger
-DP Carbon fiber shorty tail + red stock tail + stock black tail
-DP Front fender chopped + stock uncut CF fender
-Carbon fiber chain guard and sprocket cover
-Rizoma Reverse Retro mirrors
-CRG levers
-Rizoma grips with extra sets of Rizoma rubber grips
-Rizoma bar ends
-Speedy Moto Area 51 open clutch cover
-Fast By Ferracci pressure plate
-New Brembo rear pads less than 100 miles
-Powdercoated stock rearsets, headlight bracket, headlight trim and other misc items.
-Pro-Tec billet gas cap
-resistors for aftermarket blinkers with a few different sets..use what you want.

I am selling since I only rode a few times this past year.  I really am looking to get a Kawasaki Concourse with heated grips and hard bags for longer trips and commuting and are the only reasons I am selling.

-The bike has 3 small chips on the tank.  I contemplated having it repainted, but felt I would keep the stock paint and show the imperfections to the prospective buyer.  No surprises with this bike.  Guys who have seen this bike can vouch for how well it rides and how I care for it.  Oil changed every 1500 miles

-Fresh oil change and brake and clutch flush will accompany sale.
Clean clear Georgia title in hand.  8700.00  Do not have to sell and will entertain serious offers from serious buyers, no joyrides

And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

I'd assume yes. And since it didn't say different, I'd assume they are on the bike
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Yes clutch basket and clutch plates are still stock....and yes they will come with the bike.  I rode it to work today and had a guy on 95 almost crash staring at the bike in traffic.  I really forgot how hard this thing pulls from every rpm as I had to merge onto 95 traffic after riding my Dorsoduro most of the year.

^^^ I thought since I had gone down one tooth on the front sprocket it would change the speedo and mileage, but I failed to realize the sensor is in the rear hub (unlike my other jap bikes). So the mileage is correct....actually 8581 to be exact.

I changed it in the OP

Looks like a possible trade for a 2011 Concourse is in the works..heated grips, Akro exhaust and tuned.

Thinking of doing some ironbutting??
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

Looking at longer rides with overnights, plus the niceties of heated grips and better seating position has me leaning to the sport touring bikes.  Really I should sell the Aprilia, but it has had a hard life and I wouldn't get anything for it, so since it is fun to ride, I'll ride it till a good deal comes along and perhaps someone want to trade for a decent supersport rice burner bike.

I still have the ZX6R and 600RR as track/race bikes for competition.

Saw this bike today during a little gathering in Old Town Alexandria and met its new owner. She still looks good!!
