Evoluzione Clutch Slave Bolts

I bought a used Evoluzione clutch slave, that comes with all the pieces aside from the bolts to mount it.  :(

Seeing as how they need to be a different length than the stockers, I tried two hardware stores that tend to have a larger selection of odd sizes. However, I can't find them. So, I was wondering if anyone out there knew the part number or measurements or a source to buy just the bolts.
M620 turned M800 but then back to M620 after the M800 died at 110k, and now to Multi 1000.
