I had a Bacon Old-Fashioned last nite...
bourbon that has been infused 1 week with bacon grease (and strained) 2 oz
1/4 oz brown sugar simple syrup
2 dash bitters
shaken and served over ice with a twisted bacon garnish.
all kinds of yummy.
