Looking to get a really good Ducati picture / history book for a friend for Christmas.  Saw a few on Amazon but they had varying reviews so I thought I'd check with the forum.  What's the standard best books?

Thanks

That link is for Phyl Ansley's book.
I have it on my bookshelf, along with quite a few others, and I can say that one is fantastic.  waytogo
The photography is beautiful and there's a nice amount of background info on the company, and the bikes the book features.
Definitely a great first choice!

Looks like Amazon is out of copies, but you can try the good folks at AMS.

Here's another option which is a brand new book, written by a well know author with the cooperation and endorsement of the Ducati museum.
