We are closing the doors to the restaurant. This may be temporary or permanent. We are not sure yet. We are looking at our options and hope to open up again after the new year. Thank you to all those that supported us and gave us a try.

Dang. Sorry it's not working out right now. I had plans to get there but never made the trip. I wish I had, now. I also wish you the best in your next chapter.
If you're up for it, I - and other aspiring small business owners - would like to hear your lessons learned. Maybe we do a CAM meet-up out your way sometime after the holidays...

Bummer!
Not sure the economy is much better but Richmond could use some New Orleans cuisine. If you found a little spot in Carytown near VCU, there are 30,000+ hungry students!
Quaint neighborhood too.
Wish you could find a spot in my little town! Based on your signature, you'd be very comfortable as Jefferson's boyhood home is just down the road a few miles but restaurants have struggled here for the last four years and only one has gotten any traction while several have failed.
