Who is up to have another meetup and dinner afterwards this yr?  Nothing spectacular from the manufacturers on the forefront, but perhaps a few bikes on the side like the Guzzi and select other bikes.  Keep Ben away from the RSV4 if one is on display cause it just may disappear or may get a new stain on the tank.

I think in another thread Ian was mentioning the potential for the 1290 Superduke R on display and the conversation of how to take it out of there down the escalator

I just noted that KTM would be there. It'd be cool if they had that new Super Duke there. Either the production or that proto, but I wouldn't expect it.

And to stay on topic, I'm in. Already got some $4 tickets for sat.

Through Goldstar

Technically the tix were free, but with a $4 service fee. The free ones are gone, but they have ones for $6.50 + $3 service still.

We've failed a bit here - no one myself included has noted a day.

I'm planing to head there on Sat and I'll probably be dragging Frank as well.

I'm looking forward to an up close look at the Hyperstrada which I think could be something special looking at the specs of the new motor. Nora and I will be there Saturday, staying downtown Saturday night. - Gene

I am in for Saturday and probably for shenanigans afterwards.  Gonna try to talk Lisa into coming so she can try on a few bikes.  I have money on her riding before the end of next season.

Anyone know if it will be better than last few years?

There was no official ducati booth, couple of dealers.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.
