If it happens I'd love to see him get a podium!! I'd also love to Sete back, it'll make for good drama in the paddock.... maybe he'll even take Stoner out (a la Loris) and ruin his championship run!!  laughingdp

What? Are you speculating or is this a fact?

As for Sete, the rumors have been flying around for a while now.

a ride for a race is a lot different than a ride.

that said, i'd be kinda surprised if melandri moved before summer break.  but that was a couple days ago.. maybe folks have moved beyond that idea since then.

what i find even more interesting is this:

"It's a complex situation," Bartholemy told Gazzetta dello Sport. "At Laguna Seca we should have an American rider on track. If Hopkins won't be there, we'll have one of the Kawasaki USA riders.

which kawasaki usa rider? i seem to recall that porkchop (rlh) was still on the injured list. old man hacking on the zx-rr?

Pedro won't, I think he's gay.  He often has an "umbrella gentleman"  Tongue

Well, if he'd stop staring at the ground in the corners, he might.

I'm continually amazed he doesn't bin it every lap riding that way.

It is pretty amazing how he rides like that, however, my comment was in reference to the fact that there have been paddock rumors for years regarding Rossi's sexuality.

Yes, as I said, these are nothing but unsubstantiated rumors, I was just explaining my joke.  Apparently it's not a very well-known rumor outside the GP paddock.
