I don't care if it is Glorious guys.  It was just a suggestion, and I am open to other suggestions.

Oh and it looks like this weekend is going to be out for me, due to the absolute stupidity of the dicks
I bought the bike off.  I called last Thursday to book in to have my fork seals done under warranty.  They
came and picked up the bike today.  I called them to ask when I was getting it back and was told it wouldn't
be until next week because they have to wait for the fork seals to come in.

1.  Why didn't they order them last Thursday.
2.  Why did they come and get the bike today if they don't have parts to work on it.

Imbociles.  Anyway, I am out until the following weekend, so if we aren't going to do Glorious, then where?

Cruise down to Nimbin and see if we can get some cheap cannibis?  LOL

Open to suggestions boys.

See you mis-understood the technique!

Two bike go straight on and two bikes take the next available turn; the boys in blue now need to decide which way to go.

Works out lucky though given your Diavels are pretty much "stock" but I have the fender eliminator, integrated tail light, open cans etc.

As for a ride next weekend perhaps, as we discussed, a run out to Maleny?

I looked up the Diavel on wikipedia and lists it as a cruiser! I guess like a Harley or Victory? Here is what it says:

The Ducati Diavel is the second cruiser motorcycle from Ducati,[1] after the Indiana of 1986–1990. The 2011 model year Diavel debuted in November 2010 at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan.[1] The engine is a retuned version of the 1,198.4 cc (73.13 cu in) Testastretta from the 1198 superbike,[2] now called the Testastretta 11° for its 11° valve overlap (reduced from 41°).
Styling for the Diavel was developed in-house, although the project began under the leadership of Ducati's previous design chief, Pierre Terblanche, who commissioned Glynn Kerr, freelance designer and design columnist for Motorcycle Consumer News, to produce the initial concept sketches.[3] In the US, most Diavel buyers appear to be existing riders age 50 and over, with more women than usual attracted to the bike, and some Harley-Davidson owners, especially V-Rod riders, trading for the new Ducati power cruiser.[4]

so you nearly threw your monster away trying to overtake then out brake a "cruiser" then mick?

If you can sincerely have a ride like we had today with anyone on any harley / victory etc. then good luck to you!

wikipedia? pah! it's an encyclopedia of opinions (obviously!) not necessarily facts.

i am not over 50, i am not a woman and we are not in the US. Thankfully i am not a stereotypical diavel rider, and if it were only a mere dawdle then any bike (even a (yuk!) harley) would do....

Unfortunately I'm behind on the chores and need the weekend to catch up before heading back to work.
